Bringing together like-minded people who share a common interest in bettering themselves. I know that when embarking on a new journey towards your goals, it can be lonely and you may sometimes feel like an outlier amongst your family, friends, etc. So, I create affinity groups and programs to share ideas, support one another and gather as we aspire to live better lives. These groups meet both virtually and in person. The intent of affinity groups is to come together in a safe space to feel less isolated and more connected. Participants can freely share and talk about their experiences or focus on working towards a particular goal.

Sample affinity groups and programs:

  • Healthy eating and weight loss

  • Whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle
